Relayox review 2026

A residential option with clean, never-repeating IPs for scraping, monitoring and multi-accounting; slow responses and patchy uptime make it a poor fit for time-critical or unattended jobs.

Verdict

Buy Relayox for scraping, monitoring or multi-accounting where clean, fresh IPs in an exact country matter more than speed, and start with a small package. Look elsewhere if every response must come back quickly or a long unattended job cannot tolerate failed requests: a typical request took close to 3 s and uptime in our monitor was patchy.

We liked

  • Almost no data-centre exit IPs in any test region
  • Never repeated an IP in our samples, so every request gets a fresh address
  • Ordinary commercial sites such as Bing and Amazon loaded well
  • Pay as you go is available, and leftover traffic does not expire according to the site's FAQ

We didn’t like

  • Slow when you pick a country: a typical request took up to 3 s
  • Patchy uptime in our multi-day monitor, so long jobs need retries
  • The site names no company, country or founding year
  • The homepage and the refund page give different trial terms

Relayox at a glance

  • Good for: scraping and monitoring that needs a fresh IP on every request in an exact country, and multi-accounting with sticky sessions.

  • Not for: latency-sensitive work, or long unattended jobs that cannot retry failed requests.

  • IPs are clean: almost no data-centre exits (at most 0.4%) and not one repeated IP in any sample.

  • Speed is its weak spot: a typical request to a chosen country took up to 3 s.

  • Starts at $7 for 2 GB ($3.50/GB); the price falls to $2/GB only with the 200 GB package.

About Relayox

The Relayox site names no legal entity, country or founding year, so we cannot tell you who stands behind the service. It sells residential and mobile proxies as shared traffic packages, plus static ISP proxies separately. The product was launched on Product Hunt, and the site publishes terms, privacy, acceptable-use and refund pages. Treat it as an anonymous operator.

Above 200 GB the price is custom (Enterprise). A first purchase can be as small as $7 for 2 GB. The per-GB price only gets low at large volumes: $2/GB needs the 200 GB package at $400, while small buyers pay $3.25 to $3.50/GB. Pay as you go also exists, and according to the FAQ leftover traffic does not expire and new purchases add to your balance, which suits irregular use. The site does not publish a per-GB price for it, so ask support before committing. ISP proxy prices are not published either.

Getting started with Relayox

Our team did not go through sign-up and payment as a regular buyer, because the provider gave us test access.

Payment. Visa, Mastercard and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, processed through Cryptomus).

Trial. The homepage offers residential and mobile trial traffic for $1 for 200 MB, once per account, crypto only. The refund page, updated on 25 May 2026, describes the trial as $3.99 for 300 MB. ISP proxies can be tried for $1 for one day.

Refunds. Unused traffic is refundable within 7 calendar days of purchase, pro rata. Used traffic, fees and the trial are not refunded. You ask by email from the account address or in Telegram, and they may ask you to prove ownership of the account or wallet.

Verification. The site does not mention KYC.

First step: confirm the trial price and size with support before paying, then buy a small package.

Relayox dashboard and integrations

The dashboard is at app.relayox.com, and nearly everything is set in the proxy login: country (random if you leave it out), sticky session and IP quality filter. The filter options are Max Pool, Medium (the default, which our tests used), High and High+Fast. Sticky sessions can last 1, 5 or 30 minutes, 1 hour or as long as possible; the site advertises up to 48 hours. HTTP runs on port 1081 and SOCKS5 on a separate port, 1080.

To get a German IP for 30 minutes, you put Germany and a 30-minute sticky session into the login; the exact format is in the documentation. The site offers documentation, an API reference at app.relayox.com/documentation and a proxy generator. It claims integrations with AdsPower, Dolphin{anty}, GoLogin, Octo Browser and BitBrowser.

Relayox customer support

Support and sales run through Telegram (t.me/Relayox_Sup), with a separate news channel at t.me/relayox, and the site lists an email for refunds. It shows no live chat, phone number or support hours. We did not contact support, so we cannot say how fast or good it is.

Who Relayox is for

Relayox suits scraping and monitoring where a fresh IP on every request and the right country matter: no IP repeated in our samples and country targeting was exact. It also fits multi-accounting in anti-detect browsers with sticky sessions, since every session we tried held its IP for the whole window we tested, and the site claims integrations with several of these browsers. Fetching ordinary commercial sites worked well too. It is a poor fit where response time matters, because requests to a chosen country were middling to slow. Long unattended jobs need care as well: our multi-day monitor showed scattered failures.

Relayox test results: ProxyBros Lab

We tested Relayox's residential proxies on 2 November 2026 from Germany, the United States and Singapore, using ProxyBros Lab methodology 0.3 and the default Medium IP quality filter. Relayox also sells mobile and static ISP proxies; only the residential product went through our lab. We rate results strong, average or weak against fixed thresholds.

The tests show a provider with excellent IP quality and slow responses. Exit IPs are almost all non-hosting networks, no IP repeated, and real websites loaded well. Speed is middling from Germany and slow from the US and Singapore, and the multi-day monitor found scattered failures. It earns a ProxyBros rating of 4.4 out of 5.

Speed

Relayox is slow when you pick a country. A typical request took about 2.6 s from Germany and the US and 3 s from Singapore. Call that middling to slow, depending on where your traffic starts. The slowest 5% of requests took between 5.5 s and 6.6 s. For scraping this means you need many parallel connections to get throughput, and generous timeouts. Do not use it where each response must come back fast.

Reliability and uptime

Relayox almost never drops a request in our test runs: the only miss was one request from the US, out of 250. The monitor from Germany, which ran for 3 days, was weaker: 97.52% uptime. In all, 108 of 4,360 checks failed. Both results are true: a run is a few hundred requests in a few minutes, while the monitor checks once a minute for days and catches scattered failures. There was no long outage, but a long job will still hit failed requests, so build in retries.

IP pool and where the IPs come from

The pool looks large and clean. No IP repeated in any sample, and the exits spread over almost as many different address blocks as there were requests. Hosting-network IPs were 0 of 250 from Germany and at most one per sample from the US and Singapore. The exits came from 169 to 177 different networks. The largest, Rostelecom, held 7% to 8%. We can tell hosting networks apart but not home from mobile ones, so we make no claim on that.

Without a country in the login, Relayox hands out a random one, mostly Russia, at 29% to 34% of responses depending on the region. Always set the country.

Country choice and baseline checks

With a country set, targeting was exact: 100% across 8 countries in every region. Anonymity was elite, so target sites do not see a proxy. All 5 sticky sessions kept their IP for the full 10 minutes in every region. Nearly every provider passes these baseline checks, so they are not selling points.

Speed varies a lot by country. From Germany, GB took 777 ms and DE 893 ms. From the US, DE took 1.1 s and BR 5.3 s. From Singapore, DE took 1.6 s and BR 6.2 s. Germany and France were among the fastest exits from every region. Brazil was the slowest from the US and Singapore; from Germany, India and Japan were slower. Test your own target country before buying.

Real websites

Mainstream commercial sites loaded well. Bing returned 20 of 20 from Germany and the US and 19 of 20 from Singapore. Amazon returned 16, 19 and 15 of 20, a spread within chance on a 20-request sample. eBay was not scored because it blocks our HTTP client through any proxy. If you target one specific site, run a small test on it first.

How it compares

In ProxyBros Lab, Relayox has a rating of 4.4/5 and IPStation 4.5/5, measured by the same methodology. We have no speed or uptime numbers for IPStation here, so the comparison stops at the rating.

Relayox alternatives

NodeMaven Proxy sells the same three types as Relayox (residential, mobile and ISP) and has a ProxyBros rating of 5/5. If Relayox's monitor uptime and typical response time put you off, read its review for its own numbers; we have no like-for-like figures here.

Proxy-Seller also offers Datacenter IPv4 and IPv6 proxies, which Relayox does not sell. It suits a buyer who needs datacenter IPs alongside residential, mobile and ISP.

Novada Proxy lists Datacenter Proxies and Unlimited residential proxies, neither of which Relayox sells, while Relayox sells residential by the GB. It suits a buyer who wants a datacenter option or unlimited residential instead of per-GB packages.

FAQ

How much does Relayox cost?

The smallest package costs $7. The price per GB only gets low on large packages, reaching $2/GB at the biggest standard one. Pay as you go also exists, but its per-GB price is not published.

Is Relayox fast?

No, not with a country selected. A typical request took between 2.6 and 3 s, middling from Germany and slow from the US and Singapore. Plan for many parallel connections and generous timeouts.

Does Relayox reuse IPs?

Not in our samples. Every IP was unique in all three regions, so each request got a fresh address. Whether a much larger sample would show repeats we cannot say.

Does Relayox have a free trial?

Partly: there is a paid trial, but the site gives two versions. The homepage says $1 for 200 MB, crypto only, once per account, while the refund page describes it differently. Confirm the terms with support before paying.

Can I get a refund from Relayox?

Partly. Unused traffic is refundable within 7 calendar days of purchase, pro rata. Used traffic, fees and the trial are not refunded.

Are Relayox IPs from data centres?

Almost none are: at most 0.4% of exit IPs came from hosting networks in any region. We can tell hosting networks apart but cannot tell home from mobile ones.

Does Relayox work for multi-accounting?

Yes, as far as we tested. All 5 sticky sessions kept their IP for 10 minutes in every region, and the site claims integrations with AdsPower, Dolphin{anty} and GoLogin. We did not test longer sessions, so check the length you need on a small package.
